I set my own goals very high and in order to achieve these I only coach in areas in which I have sufficient personal experience in areas outside coaching.

Career development, professional re-orientation and the expansion of personal performance is key here. If required, this also includes coaching in job applications and personal potential analysis, for instance by means of the diagnostic instrument Insights Discovery (learn more about this in the chapter Methods).
