Coaching
Methods
I
work with a great variety of methods and here I would like to
introduce some of the methods that make me and my work unique:
1) The Transaction Analysis according to Eric Berne
(taken from www.dgta.de)
• Is a psychological method
to help people to communicate
more effectively. This both in private relationships
and in
business contexts. This method is particularly suitable
for
developing and exploiting the potential of one’s
own personality
• Is a personality concept
which helps to understand
inner processes and biographical development
• Is a communication concept
which offers the opportunity to
describe and explain interpersonal communication.
• Is a counseling and therapy
concept used in the treatment
of mental illness and disorders and to encourage
individual growth.
The Transaction Analysis offers models for observing, describing,
understanding and treating the human personality and the social
relationships between
• individuals and social systems,
also offering concepts for personality analysis,
• relationship analysis,
• group dynamics and group
analysis,
• as well as analysis and
steering social systems.

2) In the field of diagnostics:
Potential-oriented behavioural preference
analysis Insights Discovery®
(taken from www.insights-group.de):
Insights Discovery®
Preference Profile
Based on the self-assessment principle, the preference profile
measures and evaluates your preferences and offers valuable
indicators for your personal development. The profile is particularly
suitable for recognizing and being aware of one’s personal,
working and communication style.
Within the overall concept of Insights Systems, the Discovery
Preference Profile serves as a starting point for a possible
development process because it not only shows your preferred
behavioural pattern but also where you are right now on your
personal development path and which potentials you can utilise.
The high accuracy rate and validity of the statements generated
here are the result of year-long research into typology in general
and the Insights Discovery research in particular.
User-friendly and memorable
The great success of the analysis method is also due to the
high acceptance level. The evaluator’s questions are easily
understood and filling out the analysis takes only 15 to 20
minutes. The evaluation itself consists of an extensive profile
in written and graphical form (approx. 20-30 pages). Various
behavioural preferences are displayed in graphical form using
an easy-to-remember colour energy system. The result, generated
from the self-assessment, shows the unique combination of your
preferences, displayed as colour energies. |
